The space is 1800 square feet - 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms - a large open concept. There are 2 queen beds, 1 king bed, and comfortable couch. All mattresses, duvets, and pillows are hypoallergenic. Large kitchen with gas oven and range, which was just recently renovated. Spa heat is complimentary, pool heat is available for a fee to heat the pool to 85 degrees from 8am to 8pm. Pets are welcome with a $75 pet fee per pet. Please note: the fireplace in the living room is only for looks and is not operational at this time. The home and all equipment shall be utilized at guests own risk, including, but not limited to the hot tub, pool, baby equipment (pack n play, crib, and high chair), and fire pit. Host/owner/property manager shall not be held liable for any injury resulting from the use of the home or features/amenities within the home. We are primarily available between 9am and 7pm, but try to get back to you as soon as possible even outside those hours. I will be available at any point throughout your stay to answer any questions and help ensure you have the most enjoyable experience possible at the Ventura House. I also have a person on-call for any maintenance needed throughout your stay, as some things cannot be preventable. This will allow for full usage of all amenities. Please reach out for any inquiries. Our property is located in a very quiet Palm Springs neighborhood and is close to downtown, the airport, casinos, and many other activities. Enjoy the time by the pool and amazing food at great nearby restaurants! There is plenty of space for parking up to 3 cars in the driveway, along with an RV space. There are bus routes throughout Palm Springs to get you to all of the local areas. There is also Uber, Lyft, and taxis. There is not a need for rental cars, but it is always an option to allow for maximum mobility. Things you should know about renting in Palm Springs. The following is true of all permitted rental properties and are enforced by the city. 1) No more than 6 overnight guests. No more than 6 total daytime houseguests. 2) No outside amplified noise. Any music played must be inside and inaudible at the property line. 3) No more than 3 cars. 4) Any violations and fines are the responsibility of the renter and not the owner. *The city is strict and expensive. 5) Any violations will result in forfeiture of your deposit. 6) Absolutely no parties. Other things you should know/house rules. Please read carefully – by submitting an inquiry/booking you agree to the following conditions: 1) Smoking outside only. 2) Heating the spa is included in your booking fee. However, there is a fee (typically 2 day min) to heat the pool to 85 degrees. Please let me know ahead of time if you wish to heat the pool as it may take some time depending on the start temperature. The pool is monitored and any attempt to heat the pool will be charged against your deposit. 3) There is a one time $75 pet fee. No more than two small pets. Any evidence of pets without permission will be charged against your deposit. No pets are allowed in the pool or spa. 4) Renter is responsible to clean all dishes and put them away before checkout. 5) Renter is responsible to take out the trash. There is a trash bin and recycling bin on the side of the house. 6) The owner is not responsible or liable for any accidents, injuries or illness occurring during the stay. 7) Renter shall cover any damages made to the property during his/her stay and shall keep the property and all furnishings in good order. 8) Swim at your own risk. No eating in the pool. No horseplay, running, or diving. No lifeguard on duty. No glass outside. *Plastic dish-ware is provided and stored in the kitchen.
