3 Bedrooms • 3 Bathrooms 3 Baths • Sleeps 3-6Main floor: open living room with a sectional, TV and vaulted ceilings (the fireplace is decorative and doesn’t work). Chef’s kitchen with a gas range, waterfall island and dishwasher. Dining area and a deck with outdoor dining.
Primary suite (top floor): California king bed and TV, with French doors to a private deck with the hot tub (seats 3), lounge seating and a fire table.
Bedroom 2: queen bed, desk, and an en-suite bathroom with a tub and shower.
Bedroom 3: queen bed.
Also: 3 full bathrooms, a dedicated workspace with a monitor, an in-unit washer and dryer, and a fully fenced backyard with a BBQ grill and string lights. [AC details, for example: “Air conditioning in the primary suite; portable fans in the other bedrooms.”]
About the stairs: This home sits on a San Francisco hillside, so there are a lot of stairs:
- About 15 stairs from the street up to the entrance
- 8 stairs from the entry up to the main floor
- 15 more stairs up to the primary suite and hot tub deck
That’s about 38 stairs from the street to the primary suite. If stairs are hard for anyone in your group, this home may not be the right fit. The climb is what gives you the views!
